The above-named appeared before the Superiour Court of Judicature, Hammond Green as principal being bound in sum of four hundred pounds, the others as sureties in sum of one hundred pounds each, on condition of Hammond Green appearing before His Majesty's Justice of the Peace daily through the present term to answer to the charge of murder of Crispus Attucks
